1. About Us
What We Sell:
Authorized SoundPEATS audio products in Georgia.
2. Ordering Process
How Orders Work:
- You add products to cart and proceed to checkout
- You provide delivery and payment information
- You confirm order by clicking “Place Order”
- We send you email confirmation with order number
- Contract is formed when we confirm your order by email
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse orders if product unavailable
- Cancel orders if pricing error detected
- Request additional verification for large orders
3. Prices and Payment
Pricing:
- All prices shown in Georgian Lari (GEL)
- Prices include 18% VAT (where applicable)
- We reserve right to change prices without notice
- Price charged = price at time you placed order

- All Georgia (Tbilisi and regions)
Delivery Time:
- Tbilisi: 1-2 business days
- Regions: 3-4 business days
- Maximum: 30 days (Georgian Law requirement)
Shipping Cost:
- Currently FREE (promotional period)
Delivery Process:
- We use local courier services
- Courier contacts you by phone
- Provide your name, phone, and address to courier
- Signature required upon delivery
Delivery Failure:
- If you’re unavailable, courier attempts redelivery
- After 3 failed attempts, order returned to us
- Contact us to rearrange delivery

We are NOT responsible for:
- Minor cosmetic differences

- 6 months defect presumption (Georgian law)
- Defective products: full refund or replacement

- Does NOT cover physical damage or misuse

- Force majeure (natural disasters, war, etc.)
