Delivery Areas

We deliver to all Georgia:

  • ✅ Tbilisi (all districts)
  • ✅ Regions (Batumi, Kutaisi, Rustavi, etc.)
  • ✅ Villages and remote areas

We do NOT deliver internationally (Georgia only)

Shipping Costs

Currently FREE for all orders! (Promotional period)

Future pricing (when promotion ends):

  • Tbilisi: FREE for orders over 100 GEL
  • Regions: FREE for orders over 150 GEL
  • Below minimum: 5-10 GEL shipping fee

We’ll notify you before changing shipping costs.


Delivery Process

Step 1: Order Confirmation

  • You receive email with order number
  • Payment processed via BOG

Step 2: Order Processing

  • We prepare package (same/next business day)
  • Quality check before shipping

Step 3: Handoff to Courier

  • We use local Georgian courier services
  • We share: your name, phone, address

Step 4: Courier Contact

  • Courier calls you to arrange delivery
  • Please answer calls from unknown numbers!
  • Delivery scheduled at your convenience

Step 5: Delivery

  • Courier delivers to your address
  • Signature required (proof of delivery)
  • Check package before signing

Tracking

Currently: No tracking numbers provided

How to check status:

Future: Tracking system planned for 2025


Delivery Failure

If you’re not available:

  1. Courier attempts redelivery (up to 3 times)
  2. Courier leaves contact note
  3. You can call courier to reschedule

After 3 failed attempts:

  • Package returned to us
  • We contact you to rearrange
  • No additional charge for redelivery

Special Delivery Requests

We can accommodate:

  • Specific delivery time windows (if available)
  • Delivery to workplace address
  • Delivery to alternative person (with authorization)

We CANNOT accommodate:

  • Same-day delivery (not available)
  • Weekend delivery (courier dependent)
  • Delivery to PO boxes

Package Inspection

When courier delivers:

Check immediately:

  • Package exterior (damage?)
  • Product inside (correct item?)
  • Accessories complete?

If damaged or wrong:

  • DO NOT sign for delivery
  • Take photos of damage
  • Contact us immediately: +995 571 084 585
  • We’ll arrange replacement

After signing:
Still covered by 14-day return policy and warranty.


Delivery Issues

Package Lost in Transit:

  • Contact us after 5 days (Tbilisi) or 7 days (regions)
  • We investigate with courier
  • Refund or reship if confirmed lost

Package Damaged in Transit:

  • Take photos of damaged package
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • We arrange replacement at no cost

Wrong Item Delivered:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We arrange pickup and send correct item
  • No cost to you
