Tbilisi – All districts
All Georgian Regions – Nationwide coverage
International Delivery – Not available at this time

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Order placed: Monday 2:00 PM
  • Processing: Tuesday (1 business day)
  • Shipped: Tuesday evening
  • Delivery (Tbilisi): Wednesday-Thursday
  • Delivery (Regions): Thursday-Friday

This is a promotional period to celebrate our launch. Enjoy free delivery to any address in Georgia, regardless of order value.

3.2 Future Shipping Costs

We may introduce shipping fees in the future. If we do:

  • We will announce changes on our website
  • Changes will NOT affect existing orders
  • Free shipping thresholds may be offered

Example future pricing (not currently in effect):

  • Tbilisi: 5 GEL
  • Rest of Georgia: 10 GEL
  • Free shipping on orders over 200 GEL

4. Order Processing

4.1 When We Process Orders

Business Days: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00
Processing Time: Within 1 business day

Examples:

  • Order Monday morning → Ships Monday/Tuesday
  • Order Friday evening → Ships Monday (next week)
  • Order on holidays → Ships next business day

4.2 Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you’ll receive:

  1. Immediate: On-screen order confirmation
  2. Within 24 hours: Email with order number and details
  3. When shipped: Email with shipping notification

Keep your order number for tracking and inquiries.

5. Delivery Process

5.1 How Delivery Works

  1. We prepare your order (1 business day)
  2. We hand over to courier (local Georgian courier service)
  3. Courier contacts you via phone to arrange delivery
  4. Delivery to your address
  5. Signature may be required upon delivery

5.2 Courier Contact

  • Courier will call you before delivery
  • Please answer calls from unknown numbers during delivery period
  • If you miss the call, courier will attempt redelivery

5.3 Delivery Requirements

You must provide:

  • ✅ Complete and accurate delivery address
  • ✅ Working phone number (courier will call)
  • ✅ Additional details (floor, apartment, building code, etc.)

We cannot deliver to:

  • ❌ P.O. Boxes
  • ❌ Military bases
  • ❌ Incomplete addresses

6. Tracking Your Order

Currently, we do NOT provide tracking numbers for shipments.

7. Delivery Attempts

7.1 Failed Delivery

If courier cannot deliver because:

  • You’re not available: Courier will contact you to reschedule
  • Incorrect address: Contact us immediately to update
  • No answer to phone calls: Courier will leave notification

7.2 Redelivery Costs

7.3 Unclaimed Packages

If you don’t claim your package after 3 delivery attempts:

  • Package returns to us
  • We will contact you
  • You may be charged return shipping + redelivery costs
  • OR you can pick up from our address

IMPORTANT: Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.

Include:

  • Street name and number
  • Building/apartment number
  • Floor
  • Entry code (if applicable)
  • District/neighborhood
  • City
  • Postal code (if known)
  • Phone number for courier contact

8.2 Changing Delivery Address

  • Additional fees may apply

9. Delivery Inspection

9.1 Inspect Upon Delivery

IMPORTANT: Inspect your package when you receive it.

Check for:

  • ✅ Outer box damage (dents, tears, crushing)
  • ✅ Package seals intact
  • ✅ Correct product inside
  • ✅ All items included
  • ✅ No visible damage to product

9.2 Report Damage Immediately

If you find damage:

  • Take photos of outer box and damaged product
  • Do NOT refuse delivery (accept it first)
  • Contact us within 48 hours: [email protected]
  • Subject: “Shipping Damage – Order [number]”

We will:

  • Send replacement immediately
  • Arrange pickup of damaged item
  • File claim with courier
  • No cost to you

10. Signature Requirements

10.1 When Signature Required

For security, courier may require signature upon delivery for:

  • All orders (at courier’s discretion)
  • High-value items
  • Specific delivery instructions

10.2 Who Can Sign

  • You (the person who placed the order)
  • Family member at delivery address
  • Building security/reception (if you authorize)
  • Colleague (for office delivery)

By signing, you confirm:

  • Package received in apparent good condition
  • Outer packaging intact
  • Correct number of boxes received

11. Special Delivery Instructions

11.1 Leave with Neighbor

If you won’t be home:

  • Add note in order: “Leave with neighbor in Apt. 43”
  • Or contact courier when they call

We are NOT responsible for packages left with neighbors at your request.

11.2 Office Delivery

For office deliveries:

  • Provide office name and your name
  • Include reception phone number
  • Inform reception to expect delivery

11.3 No Safe Place

We do NOT leave packages unattended outside without signature.

12. Delays and Issues

12.1 Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Bad weather (snow, flooding)
  • Remote/difficult-to-access locations
  • Courier operational issues
  • Holidays and public events

If delayed:

  • We will notify you via email/SMS
  • We will provide updated delivery estimate
  • You can cancel order for full refund if delay exceeds 30 days (Georgian law)

12.2 Lost Packages

If package is lost by courier:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We file claim with courier
  • We send replacement or issue full refund
  • You do NOT pay for lost packages

13. Holidays and Non-Delivery Days

13.1 Georgian Public Holidays

We do NOT process or deliver orders on:

  • New Year (1-2 January)
  • Orthodox Christmas (7 January)
  • Orthodox Easter (date varies)
  • Independence Day (26 May)
  • St. George’s Day (23 November)
  • Other Georgian public holidays

13.2 Weekend Delivery

Currently: No weekend deliveries
Future: We may offer weekend delivery (with advance notice)

14. International Shipping

Currently NOT available.

We plan to add international shipping to:

  • Armenia
  • Azerbaijan
  • Other neighboring countries

Not applicable – We only ship within Georgia.
