Return Period

14 days from delivery date (Georgian Consumer Law)

You can return products within 14 days for any reason, no explanation needed.


Return Conditions

For Non-Defective Returns:

Must be:

  • In original unopened packaging
  • With all accessories and documentation
  • In resalable condition
  • With proof of purchase (order number)

Cannot be returned if:

  • Package opened (except to inspect for defects)
  • Product used or damaged
  • Accessories missing
  • Hygiene seals broken

Defective Product Returns

If product is defective, damaged, or not as described:

You can return even if:

  • Package opened
  • Product tested
  • Used for short time to discover defect

6-Month Defect Presumption (Georgian Law):
If defect appears within 6 months, we assume it existed before delivery unless we prove otherwise.


How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Include:

  • Your name and order number
  • Reason for return (optional if within 14 days)
  • Photo of product (if defective)

Step 2: We Respond
Within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Return address
  • Instructions

Step 3: Ship Product

  • Pack securely in original box
  • Use tracked shipping method
  • Keep tracking number

If we’re responsible:
We reimburse shipping costs or arrange courier pickup.


Refund Process

Timeline:

  1. We receive product: Inspect within 2 business days
  2. Defect confirmed: Issue refund approval
  3. Refund processed: 7-14 business days to your account

Refund Method:
Same payment method used for purchase (BOG returns to your card).

Refund Amount:

  • Product price: 100% refunded
  • Original shipping: Refunded only if product defective
  • Return shipping: You pay unless defect/our error

Exchanges

We do NOT offer exchanges.

Reason: We currently sell limited products.

Alternative:

  1. Return product for refund
  2. Place new order for different product/color

Non-Returnable Items

Cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

  • In-ear tips (if used)
  • Products with broken hygiene seals

Can still return if defective!


Warranty vs Returns

Returns (14 days):
Any reason, unopened products.

Warranty (12 months):
Manufacturing defects only.

Special Situations

Wrong Item Delivered:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We arrange pickup at our cost
  • Send correct item free shipping

Damaged in Transit:

  • Take photos of damaged package
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • We arrange replacement or refund

Lost in Transit:

  • Contact us after 5 days (Tbilisi) or 7 days (regions)
  • We investigate with courier
  • Refund or reship if lost confirmed

Refund Exceptions

We may refuse refund if:

  • Product returned after 14 days (unless defective)
  • Product damaged by you
  • Missing accessories or packaging
  • Signs of misuse or improper handling

You’ll be notified within 2 days if refund denied.
